Have been here before and it has been great service, but today unfortunately there was an employee that was rude, and inattentive. She was more concerned being on her cell phone texting then attending to customers. Also as a frequent customer I come for hours to get work done and never have had an issue using the restroom, this time around said employee refused to let me use it stating "they don't have a public restroom" very annoyed with the service considering the coffee isn't cheap at all

No frills coffee house that serves a high quality product.
