I've been a customer for several years, with the purchase of a Full Tilt Boogie 3 years back, where I was completely happy with the experience and support I got. Sadly, that bike got stolen, so I went back and ordered two more FTBs. First, Edwin and team are incredible in support and standing behind their products, as well as being lightning fast in delivery (I live in California now, and got the bikes in 3 business days). The new FTB is an insanely great bike, and it helped me raise my CX game a few notches instantly. This is a great team with a superior product. Highly recommend.
Had problems related to frame construction on a lightly used FTB. Called twice. Left messages. Never heard back. Not acceptable
